The place where once witnessed an environment full of poverty and neglection, now inspires a great change full of stories and community investments for the wellbeing of its residents.

Though not recognized as the "Barrio Pablo Escobar" by legal terms, the ones who saw the person who made this change possible are forever grateful for the opportunities he gave them for life, which was later continued by the capo's mother after his death.
